students can take care of all their finances.
Student Account Services accepts payment for university bills. Our friendly
cashiers will also cash checks for students, staff and faculty, up to $30
free of charge.
Statements are sent regularly to all registered students. If
you are an interested party and would like an additional
copy mailed to your attention, please have your student
complete the
Authorization Form, and drop it off, or mail it
to Student Account Services.

ATTENTION:
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize St. Ambrose University to either use the information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by appointment. An
after-hours drop box for bills and forms is also available.
