Payment Options
Payment in full, or payment arrangements, are due two weeks before the start of the semester.
Students are encouraged to pay their bill online by e-check or credit card.
- E-Check - Pay online using your own checking account by filling out the online form like you are writing a check. There will be no added charges for this service.
- Credit card – Pay online with MasterCard, American Express or Discover through PayPath, a third-party payment service. A service charge of 2.75% will be assessed by PayPath.
Students may also sign up for a payment plan through our online TouchNet system. Payment plan payments may be paid using the e-check and credit card options above.
The following online payment plans are available for a $10 setup fee. Not all plans are available at all times. See individual plan descriptions in TouchNet for availability.
- Monthly Plan 4 Payments
- Monthly Plan 3 Payments – $20 setup fee for late enrollment
- Monthly Plan 2 Payments – $20 setup fee for late enrollment
- Bi-weekly Plan 8 Payments

Authorized User Access
(Parent, Guardians, Employers)
Parents, guardians or employers wishing to access the online payment system are required to have their student’s permission.
- A student must initiate this process by logging into the online payment system via Beeline and completing the authorized user form.
- Any non-student user will need a valid email address to be designated as an authorized user.

If you prefer to pay in person, please visit Student Account Services in Ambrose Hall where you may pay with cash or check.

PLEASE NOTE: Students who have not made satisfactory payments or payments arrangements are restricted and are not allowed to register for new classes, receive their diploma upon graduation, or receive transcripts until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
