Tips for Success

Tutorial Program 

The Tutorial Program helps students to develop the study skills and habits which allow them to become efficient learners. Services include the following:

• Drop-in Tutorials: Drop-in tutorials are available for writing in any class, college algebra, and most other 100 and 200 level courses. Students are encouraged to call in advance to make an appointment, but can drop in to the Center as well. 
• Contractual Tutorials: When students request contractual tutorials, they make a commitment to attend tutorial sessions weekly for the entire semester. Students may request contractual tutorials for any 100 or 200 level course.

The Tutorial Program is authorized by the College Reading and Learning Association, an international organization of academic professionals, to certify students at the regular, advanced and master level.
