It seems the school year has just begun, yet early registration for the spring semester is fast approaching.

St. Ambrose’s Registrar Dan Ziemet sent out an e-mail with registration information on October 7, to undergraduate students attending classes on the main campus.

Registration begins on October 25 with priority dates established by grade level and first letter of the last name.  Students can begin registering for spring classes on the Beeline at beeline.sau.edu on their given date at 12:01 A.M.

Students should meet with their advisor sometime in the near future to get suggestions about which courses to take.  After that has taken place, the advisor will clear the student and Beeline will allow the student to register.  However, if the advisor does not clear the student, they will not be allowed to register on Beeline.

“Make sure all of your student accounts are take care of,” Zeimet said.  “You cannot have active restraints in order to register.”

Also, students can utilize the program evaluation on the student menu of Beeline to find classes that meet requirements for general credits and/or majors.

“Additionally, make sure to print out a copy of your schedule for your records,” Zeimet said.

Students may add classes up until they have reached 18 hours. To drop a course, the student needs to stop by the Records and Registration office.

Zeimet also mentioned that if the student is not comfortable with registering online, they may have their advisor fill out a card and they may bring it to Records and Registration office in person.
